Matilda Carinthia Branding Design

Matilda Carinthia asked us to create the identity for their women’s lifestyle brand. The task involved intense research and brainstorming for developing designs which appeal to the modern woman. The logo design was created as a flying bird, symbolic of the new age woman who has spread her wings, ready to fly. The colour schemes for the office stationary and brand posters were reflective of the brand’s ethos.

Visual and typograpy hierarchy

Visual hierarchy is the principle of arranging elements to show their order of importance. Designers structure visual characteristics—e.g., menu icons—so users can understand information easily. By laying out elements logically and strategically, designers influence users’ perceptions and guide them to desired actions. Users notice larger elements more easily can convert.
